Pal is the Program Manager for the Erasmus Mundus Masters Program in Public Policy, Mundus MAPP. Pal is responsible for Consortium/Program management, program planning, cross-consortium administrative and financial coordination. He is also responsible for joint recruitment and admissions. Pal's tasks include liasing with and reporting on financial and other matters to the European Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
He earned a Primary School Teacher BA, MA in Political Science (CEU) and an MBA (METU). Prior to DPP he worked as a Research Coordinator at the Center for European Union Research (CEUR) and a Primary School Teacher at Fodros Primary School in Budapest. He worked as an Accounts Payable Analyst and as a Legal Assistant (Open Society Foundations). In 2017, Pal was granted the 'Open Society Public Health Community Youth Fellowship', in which he was responsible for planning and executing of his community organizing project.
