Pal serves as the Program Manager for the Erasmus Mundus Masters Program in Public Policy (Mundus MAPP). In this role, he oversees consortium and program management, strategic planning, and administrative and financial coordination across the consortium. He is responsible for joint recruitment and admissions and liasing with and reporting on financial and other matters to the European Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
Pal holds a BA in Primary School Teaching, an MA in Political Science - with specialization in Public Policy (CEU), and an MBA - with specialization in management (METU). His professional background includes positions as Research Coordinator at the Center for European Union Research (CEUR), Accounts Payable Analyst, and Legal Assistant at the Open Society Foundations. He also gained experience as a primary school teacher at Fodros Primary School in Budapest.
In 2017, Pal was awarded the prestigious Open Society Public Health Community Youth Fellowship.
