Wilhelm Molterer (former Vice Chancellor and Finance Minister of Austria): EU: Strong and Responsible, but how?
About the speaker: Wilhelm Molterer is the former Vice Chancellor and Finance Minister of Austria and chairman of the Austrian People’s Party. He has held several high-level positions in the public sector over the course of his career. For several years, he was Managing Director of the European Fund for Strategic Investments. He is also the former Vice President of the European Investment Bank and from 1994 to 2002, he served as the Federal Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management.

Wolfgang Petritsch: The Future of Europe in Times of War and Instability
About the speaker: Wolfgang Petritsch was the EU's Special Envoy for Kosovo (1998-1999), EU chief negotiator at the Kosovo peace talks in Rambouillet and Paris (1999), and then High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina (1999-2002). He served as the Austrian ambassador to the UN in Geneva (2002-2008) and to the OECD in Paris (2008-2013), and was the Joseph A. Schumpeter Fellow at Harvard University (2013-2014). He is currently the President of the Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation.
