Andreas Goldthau presents papers at 2014 Annual Convention of International Studies Association, Toronto

DPP's Andreas Goldthau presented two papers at the 55th Annual Convention of the International Studies Association, held 25-29 March 2014 in Toronto. Papers focused on the effects of the liberal paradigm guiding the European Commissions external energy relations, and the the EU as a regulatory state actor in global energy affairs.
