The Department of Public Policy had the privilege of hosting Akihiko (Aki) Nishio, Vice President for Development Finance at The World Bank, for an insightful Policy Talk on the evolving landscape of international aid.
From the shifting roles of multilateral institutions to the impact of global crises on development finance, Mr. Nishio shared invaluable expertise on the future of aid. With over 30 attendees, including CEU students and professionals from the World Bank, the discussion was dynamic—packed with great questions and thought-provoking insights.
