On 05 September, Andreas Goldthau presented a paper on shale gas policies in Bulgaria and Poland at the 7th General Conference of the ECPR in Bordeaux. The paper was co-authored by Michale LaBelle of CEU Business School. His talk was part of a panel on "Innovation, technology and regulation. Exploring new modes of energy governance" he organized for the conference and sponsored by the ECPR Standing Group of Regulatory Governance.
