We are happy to announce that Thilo Bodenstein was elected Head of Department as of August 1, 2013. Thilo joined the Department in 2009, after having served as a senior researcher at the Center for Development Studies in Bonn, as a Jean Monnet Chair at Freie Universität Berlin and a Visiting Scholar at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies at Harvard University.
The Department of Public Policy thanks the outgoing Head of Department, Andreas Goldthau for his collegiality and invaluable job and welcomes and wishes Thilo Bodenstein the best in his new position!
