Pușa Năstase is Senior Program Manager at the Yehuda Elkana Center for Higher Education. She is an experienced manager of executive education, life-long learning and capacity building programs and an instructor, and consultant with international experience in the field of adult education.
Currently she conducts research in higher education and leads the Global Professional Development Program designed for university managers and administrators in the Open Society University Network.

Pușa Năstase conducts research in higher education both independently and as part of research teams. At present she is involved in the European Universities – Critical Futures research project led by the Danish School of Education and bringing together researchers from research centers in higher education across Europe. She contributes to the working stream on Internationalisation and the stream on Challenges in University Governance and Leadership. In this context she investigates the impact of new technologies on university management and the relations between faculty and administrative staff.
Other ongoing research topics include the use of technology in academia and the system of promotions and appointments in Myanmar universities.
